Do you offer tours?
We only offer tours if we have spots immediately available.
How do I add my child to the waitlist?

To be added to the waitlist, please email or fill out the info box on the Contact Us page. You will be provided with a waitlist link where you can fill out all of your information. We prefer emails over phone calls and are happy to answer any questions via email.

Please note being placed on the waitlist does NOT guarantee that a spot will be available.

How long is the waitlist?

The waitlist for our Toddler program averages about 1-1.5 years with priority going to siblings of current or past families or employees. For preschool, the waitlist is shorter but fewer spots tend to be available.

After being put on the waitlist, we recommend following up every 4-6 months letting us know that you are still interested.  

Please note being put on the waitlist does NOT guarantee you a spot.  

When will you have spots available?

We enroll throughout the year as spots become available, but the majority of our spots open up from July-September for the next school year when our Senior preschoolers graduate.

If you are looking for a Preschool spot beginning July-October, we suggest reaching out before July as the spots do fill up quickly.

What is the registration process?

If we have a spot available and your child is next on the waitlist, we will contact you via email to book a tour with the Director. During the tour, you will be given information about all of our programs and have the opportunity to walk through the daycare (either virtually or in person depending on COVID protocols). You will then be given 48 hours to decide whether you are interested in the spot before we move to the next family on our waitlist.

To reserve a spot, you will be required to pay a non-refundable $250 enrolment fee. When your child begins, you will also be required to pay a one-month security deposit that will be used towards the last month of daycare.

What is your notice period?

Our notice period is minimum one calendar month. That means that if you give notice on the 3rd, 14th or 27th of a month, your child’s last day will be the end of the following month. Please note we do not refund any deposits if your child leaves before the end of the month

What is your payment policy?
Payment is accepted by check, cash or Interac e-transfers to with password “tuition”.
Do we still have to pay for vacation or sick days?

Any vacation or sick days require payment as your child’s spot is still being held. The Centre closes for summer vacation the week before Civic holiday.  We highly recommend families plan vacation around this week.

What days are you open?
We are open year-round, and are closed on Statutory holidays, Civic holiday and one week before Civic Holiday.
Do you accept subsidy?
We are unfortunately not able to accept subsidies.
